With thirty years of experience in the creative sector, I’ve worked for design agencies and in-house multinational corporate organisations. Since 2015 I’ve been working independently and have been a trusted partner to long-term clients.
As a graphic designer and photographer, I’m well-versed in every part of the design journey, from the initiation of a brief to the project completion. I’m also skilled in all areas of photography which is where the journey all began.
I’m always ready to solve all creative challenges directly with the source, or I can lighten the load in a studio by offering freelance support in design, creative artworking or photography.

Over the years, I have had the chance to witness some truly amazing things, collaborate on some fascinating projects and build some wonderful relationships. My career has taken me all over the world, and living in Manchester gave me a rich history and culture to draw inspiration from, which really shaped my creativity.

GRAPHIC DESIGN
It’s all about creating cool visual stuff for marketing, visual communication and involves using typography, imagery, and colour to simplify complex information and make it more engaging and easy to comprehend. I can help with:
- Marketing and Sales Support: Creating engaging marketing materials like brochures, posters, stationery, social media graphics, ads, and flyers to boost engagement.
- Creating a company’s visual identity, to help a brand get noticed, tell people what it is and build a connection of trust. Including a logo, colour scheme, and typography guidelines.
- Problem-solving: Translating a creative brief into effective visual solutions that meet client goals, not just creating aesthetically pleasing images.
CREATIVE ARTWORKING
The technical and creative process of taking design concepts and preparing them for final production.
- Finalising & Formatting Designs: Taking initial creative concepts and refining them, which includes adjusting colours, fixing typography, and preparing layout files for print or digital output.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Applying brand guidelines and technical specifications to ensure the design works across different formats, such as turning a press ad into a billboard or packaging.
- Quality Control & Precision: Ensuring all work is high-standard, error-free, and print-ready by checking for spelling, grammar, and image quality before production.
PHOTOGRAPHY
- Product Photography: Showcasing items for e-commerce and marketing.
- Advertising Photography: Creating conceptual, highly styled images for campaigns.
- Corporate/Business Photography: Capturing professional headshots offices and team environments.
- Architectural & Interior Photography: Photographing spaces for real estate designers and developers.
